Coffee Grinders

The manual coffee grinder, tool more or less defunct in the age of the instant keurig cup or nespresso, fascinates me. This device creates moments of tension and pause in our daily coffee ritual and works without any electricity whatsoever. We put in our energy into the grinding action and the grinder, via the coffee grounds of course, returns this energy tenfold.
